ELC Summer Club
Our goal at our preschools is to provide a loving, safe, educational environment that encourages each child's emotional, intellectual, social and physical growth.
PYLUSD Expanded Learning Department offers before and after school care at 17 elementary school and four middle school locations in the district.
Led by Dreams for Schools, Get ready to create your own games, animations, and stories with Scratch! Students will use Scratch, MIT’s drag-and-drop coding platform to explore computer science foundations and learn how programming blocks work together to bring their ideas to life. Through hands-on projects, they’ll build their understanding of coding logic, experiment with different ways to make their creations work, and develop problem-solving skills along the way. Scratch’s colorful, easy-to-use interface makes it a great place for students to explore STEAM, express their creativity, and discover what they can create with code.
