Our goal at our preschools is to provide a loving, safe, educational environment that encourages each child's emotional, intellectual, social and physical growth.
PYLUSD Expanded Learning Department offers before and after school care at 17 elementary school and four middle school locations in the district.
Enrichment Program Opportunities at the Expanded Learning Center
The Expanded Learning Program offers a variety of engaging enrichment opportunities designed to promote creativity, exploration, and skill development beyond the regular school day. Throughout the school year, students may have the opportunity to participate in classes such as STEM, robotics, coding, art, music, sports, cooking, science, cultural activities, and other special interest programs.
Enrollment in enrichment classes is optional and based on available space. Class sizes are limited to ensure a quality learning experience, and participation is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and through a registration process. Enrollment in an enrichment class is not guaranteed, and waitlist will be established when courses are at full capacity.
